📋 How to Book
1) Rooms can be booked up to 1 month in advance for your ministry date. (Please apply at least 7 days in advance when possible.)
2) Select a date and room, then choose your desired start and end times. Enter your name, the email where you would like to receive approval confirmation, your department, and your contact number, then click “Submit Booking”.
3) After applying, you must receive a “confirmation email” from the church office for the room booking to be completed.
ℹ️ If you do not receive the confirmation email, please check your spam folder.
ℹ️ Sunday room bookings are limited to 2 hours per reservation.
